my favorites, lately...

Think Thin bars... 20g of protein, and very little sugar
bean and cheese burritos... no more than once a day or else
B Complex... thanks ladies
Nature Made prenatal vitamins... much smaller than the horse pills I've always taken
roast beef sandwiches w/ cheese, tomatoes, pickles, mayo and mustard ;)
ginger ale
eggs and chicken apple sausage for breakfast
hummus and tomato sandwiches
long uninterrupted naps

Where in the world do you find chicken apple sausage? That sounds very interesting for my kids. :)

i was wondering where you buy the think thin bars. i am always looking for snack options that are high in protein and low in sugar.

hope that you are feeling better! i am so excited about your little one!

I would also know where to get the Think Thin bars because I've tried to eat Power Bars here lately, but there are many flavors that send me running for the nearest receptacle to be sick.

Keri--My mom brings it to me in large quantities from Trader Joes, so if you happen to be in Atlanta, it's worth grabbing a bunch of it. My kids love it too. They also have mango chicken sausage and Italian sausage, which are both delicious.

Amber and Lisa--My mom also got these at Trader Joes, but I found a few in small quantities at Walmart. They're a little pricey, but they get me through a school day with the kids without needing to go to bed... The peanut butter is my favorite, but chocolate brownie is pretty good too and it's not too sweet... sugar makes me gag right now.

Roast beef sandwiches are doing it for me, too! Minus the pickles and mayo, plus baby spinach - make sure the tomatoes are sliced thick and fresh. Mmm.

Hey! Just stopping in to say hi! I meant to tell you congratulations on your newsy post, way back when, and then got sidetracked and never did.

Hope you start feelin' better!
