To answer your pumping question, I would do any extra one anytime I had a cold or was fighting something because I felt like my milk decreases then as well. It was usually after the morning feeding. I did that if we needed a bottle for anything as well, but she wouldn't take one anyway. I mostly pumped for production purposes and not to feed her a bottle, you know?<BR/>I sipped on mother's milk tea and took fenugreek a lot at the end (or if I was sick) and it worked well for me. I have a whole bottle still if you want it. <BR/>We might go to the park after getting Lizzie at school on Friday, maybe we could meet and play if you guys are all healthy. <BR/>Good decisions Karen, there are no absolutes in this great adventure we call parenting.
